INSTRUCTIONS FOR ABSTRACTS
Submission of the Abstracts
The Abstracts should be, between 200-400 words (in English) in Word Format. They should include: title in capital letters, full name/s of the author/s, their institutions and e-mail address, as well as three keywords. The contents should aim at presenting the subject matter, the objectives, the results and the conclusions of the research. See the abstract template below.
The deadline for submitting the abstracts is:

Reviewing of the abstracts
The abstracts will be reviewed by an international board composed of experts in the relative subjects (topics) of the conference according to quality andoriginality for acceptance. Following that and based on criteria such as state of completion of the work, innovation,wider interest, etc. they will be selected for oral or poster presentation.
Authors will be informed about the acceptance of the abstracts until: 15 July 2018
The oral presentations cannot exceed 15 minutes and will be followed by 5 minutes of discussion. The participantsare kindly requested to use Power point for their presentations.
There will be two special poster sessions during the conference of 2 hours each. No other lectures or activities take place during this time which is devoted exclusively to the reading of the posters and discussing with the authors. In addition, the posters of eachsession will be up for two and a half day continuously so they can be also visited during coffee and lunch breaks.
The poster size cannot exceed cm 70 (width) x 100 (height).
Norman Herz Student Poster Prizes
The ASMOSIA Association offers two prizes, named after the late first ASMOSIA President, consisting of 300€ (first) and 200€ (second) for the two best student posters. Students who want to participate in the competition should declare this during abstract submission on the abstract form. The student posters will be evaluated by a group of experts appointed by the Executive Committee. Details will be soon available on the Conference website http://asmosia2018.com
The official language of the Conference is English. All abstracts and presentations should be in English.
